March 30, 2020 @ 6:00 pm - 8:30 pm

Water_ It's Imporance to Heatlh

“Water is the most amazing substance on the planet – the key to sustaining all life.  There is mounting evidence that the type of water you drink is possibly the most important element of our health.  The water you drink will decide how, and how much your cells absorb nutrients, remove toxins, and how effectively they behave and communicate.  The water you drink will either give life or take it away.”  Dr Darrell Wolfe, ND.

Choose your water wisely.  Humans are 70% water but on a molecular level, the trillions of cells that make up our bodies are actually comprised of 99.9% water.

Hydration is so important to optimal health. These symptoms of mild dehydration are just the beginning: fatigue, brain fog, headache, constipation, dizziness, false hunger...

  • What is the 4th Phase of water everyone is talking about?
  • Should we drink well, tap, bottled, ionized, alkalized, structured, low deuterium, molecular hydrogen, reverse osmosis, spring, distilled, remineralized, cold vs lukewarm water?
  • Does water have memory?

These are some of the questions to be addressed in this “hydrating” workshop. We will go deep to provide you clarity on the best options for hydration in 2020 for your optimal health. It will leave you thirsty for more pure water in your life!
