I can’t possibly sleep in ….
I begin this article in Guelph, Ontario while visiting my oldest son Devon. Despite a late, fun evening “on the town” reconnecting, I woke early and I am so energetic I feel “ready to run”. He endured me spilling out every detail I could recall from the VoxxLife conference I attended in Toronto the past 2 days. Devon has well-worn Voxx socks; he has felt the difference both in enhancing his gaming abilities and reducing back discomfort while standing for long hours as a student painter.
He listens keenly. I realize now I am experiencing, yet again, what I call the “Voxx High”. It’s like I am fueled to help save the planet with superheroine powers which include more energy, joy, and the need for less sleep. I am not sure if everyone else involved in VoxxLife is experiencing this. After learning so much more about the science behind VoxxHPT (Human Performance Technology) – basically an embedded code in socks, insoles and neuropatches that puts the brainstem into equilibrium (see upcoming post for further explanation) within seconds and its potential effect on the most challenging health issues, ARE - YOU - KIDDING? I can’t possibly sleep in with the possibilities for helping so many people in my holistic nutrition field, buzzing in my head.
I am bursting with ideas. How to share this with the other healthcare practitioners I know to further spread this technology to their clients in need? Which of my clients can I help the most by balancing their brainstem? What family and friends could benefit? This list includes my courageous Mom, who still suffers drastic effects of a stroke 12 years ago, including an inability to swallow food/drink at all and balance herself. And how best to tell them all without sounding like a nutty, delusional, naïve, gullible alternative health care practitioner who they might just label as finding another new wellness fad that will soon be yesterday’s news? I don’t think so. Meet VoxxLife, a neurotech company based on the heart and science I am confident to link arms with.

I went to this conference full of anticipation …
Confession time. I was so hoping VoxxLife Ambassador and 3x World champion & 2x Olympic silver medalist figure skater Elvis Stojko (and btw my Mom’s personal hero) would be there. I was hoping I could meet the brilliant inventor of this technology, Mr. Jay Dhaliwal and personally thank him for helping bring energy back to my feet and for those clients who I have been able to help to date with Voxx. I was particularly hoping to thank the two inspirational neuro chiropractors that I listen to weekly on our practitioner calls: Dr. Mark deBrincat & Dr. Mark Werking for their ground breaking work helping to recover quad and paraplegics using tools such as VoxxHPT, nutrition, neurofeedback and chiropractic adjustment without drugs or surgery as the basis of their work. And finally, I was hoping to connect with members of my Voxx team and meet some of the early pioneers in VoxxLife that intuitively knew they were on to something powerful. The conference did not disappoint. All my goals were met and surpassed beyond my dreams. Well, except one. Elvis was not in the house ) : But I did get to hear his initial Voxx journey, which I will share in a little bit.
What I did not expect was how many times I would laugh and cry …
This young company is hoping to help 1 billion people reach their wellness goals and wow, is it full of happy people. It was founded by a son whose dream was to use his smarts to find a way to help his mother with her debilitating and progressive Multiple Sclerosis. He had it all: his health, a loving family, successful international career and wealth beyond our imagination, but he had not fulfilled his purpose – his dream to help his mother. As background, Jay Dhaliwal shared that he involuntarily gave up his preteen years when summer began at the age of 8, suffering through a father’s challenge (wrapped in a box). It was inspired to teach Jay, his oldest son as much as he could to avoid his own fate as a life-long labourer.
When he opened the box, he was hoping it was a bike…
No such luck – it was the Encyclopedia Britannica and he was to copy everything. It took him 4 long years, including redrawing each graphic. Just imagine what neuroplasticity might have developed inside his growing brain? Upon completion at 12 years old, he met his ultimate challenge, the onset of his mother’s illness. He gave up his teenage years to take care of her as she quickly became wheelchair-bound with her progressive MS. He helped to feed her and raise his younger siblings – a childhood he can never get back. Well, Jay realized his dream and in his adulthood, he used that hard-earned neuroplasticity and the experience of sacrifice to bring the gift of quality of life to his mother’s future years with developing the Voxx technology. And not just for her, for humanity. Jay is the heart and brains of VoxxLife and I believe this man is on a permanent Voxx High!
For two days, I was surrounded by 350 people who have experienced the gift of Voxx on their own health and who also, (like me) have already helped so many others reduce discomfort and increase their quality of life, by simply sharing it. Powerful. Then, to participate in the Practitioner Breakout Session with some conscious MDs, Dentists, Chiropractors, Naturopaths, Nurses, Holistic Nutritionists, Massage Therapists, Athletic Therapists, a building biologist and thought leaders/practitioners in everything from reflexology/acupuncture to leading edge Light/Photon and Pulsed Electro Magnetic Field (PEMF) Therapies. Mind blowing.

It would melt any skeptic’s heart …
Yes, I heard a lot of anecdotal stories this weekend. I expected that and truthfully, loved every minute. Some might discount these for their lack of double blind, peer reviewed studies. But over and over hearing these with 350 people from all over North America around you moved to tears of joy for the reduced suffering brought by this neurotech – it would melt any skeptic with any kind of heart muscle left in their body.
Where are the Class 1 peer reviewed double blind studies on VoxxHPT?
They are here and more coming. (See my latest Blog: What is Voxx HPT? for the details). There are some ongoing right now in multiple areas and more planned. For now though, we have to rely on these:
- Results - of practitioners/associates sharing this tech (and so clearly shared in the 40,000 unsolicited testimonials (as of 2019) posted daily on the Facebook Voxx Testimonial page);
- Independent Studies - done to date. These have definitively proven increased balance, stability, power, range of motion and reduced pain with diabetic neuropathy; and
- 1400 Brain Maps - to date which have been no less that revolutionary with their preliminary finding of 36% average increase in neurological function.
VoxxHPT has caught the attention of the godfather of neuromapping…
Dr. Robert Thatcher has recognized the disruptively innovative technology that is VoxxHPT. With over 200 published studies, 8 textbooks and 2 lifetime achievement awards for developing the LORETA neurofeedback software, we are crossing our fingers he can take this tech through every challenge. VoxxHPT is in good hands. He apparently called it “the greatest medical breakthrough in 100 years” and “a century ahead of current neurotech”. Mind numbing. Update: Dr Thatcher wrote at least 2 studies: 1 on Voxx HPT and 1 on ESmartr sleeve.
And here I sit – ironically having been shy to share this with my best friends, family and peers in the holistic field for fear of judgement. Well no longer. My insight gained from Dr Szilvia Passfield doing cutting edge work with some complex neurological diseases: “if you don’t have your Voxx socks on, I am not treating you”. Ballsy. Never mind. I'll be adopting this prerequisite too for treatment. I was already putting Voxx socks on my Access Consciousness Bars® and Colon Hydrotherapy clients and seeing greater results. How could I miss that with my nutritional coaching clientele? If I can get their brainstems into homeostasis within 7 seconds, of course they would digest better. It is no secret the vagus nerve connects the gut and brain - aka gut-brain axis. We now know there is a second brain in our gut, the Enteric Nervous System (ENS) proving the butterflies we have all felt really do "exist". The brainstem is the entry point to the vagus nerve. Never mind the obvious benefit if they slept better, which is purported to happen with the tech on to optimize brainstem neurology. They would have increased detoxification and regeneration of 75% of their cells during the 3 hours of a deeper REM sleep with Voxx on. With my clients wearing VoxxHPT, we begin our health journey together from a new baseline and results should come sooner.
Are you a clean or a dirty bag of water?
As natural medicine expert (including building biologist, PEMF Consultant and Senior Medical Light Consultant and former colon therapist), Dr. Marcel Wolfe, D.N.M, D.H.S, so aptly stated during the breakout session, “you are either a clean or a dirty bag of water”. As a colon therapist and a quantum nutritionist myself, I totally get that and strive to help my clients become cleaner bags of water. Nutrition and lifestyle affect proper detoxification and elimination through the 4 paths (respiration, urination, defecation and perspiration). If you are not sleeping well, you are not detoxifying well or eliminating stool well and therefore you are not building a better version of yourself – simple as that.
The only way it cannot work is if it is either not on your body or you are dead…
I was struck in the practitioner session by the unified awareness of a current paradigm shift occurring in the health care field from sick care to "wholistic" health care. Afterwards, while connecting with US Naturopath Dr. Lana Santti Kontos, we remarked how we were forever changed from those two insightful hours together. As was pointed out in this breakout session, even the Canadian Cancer Society is leading the way with its statement in its new "Energy Therapies" listing on its website: "Energy therapies are also called biofield therapies. They are based on the belief that there are energy fields that flow through and around your body. When energy is flowing freely through your body, you have good emotional , physical, and spiritual health. When you are ill, the energy flow is blocked."
Your experience of life depends on your neurology. Voxx HPT enhances neurology. When you then combine healthy food and positive emotions (affecting epigenetics) with VoxxHPT that balances the entry point into the brain, you have the potential to create a healthier version of yourself. It is affordable, portable, drug-free and nonelectrical and the only way it cannot work is if it is either not on your body or you are dead (sorry for that morbidity – just emphasizing the need to wear it). When I naively signed up to share this tool that simply helped to relieve my 35 year-long journey with foot pain, I had no idea the magnitude of potential to help billions suffering on this planet, let alone the clients I was hoping to help in my practice.
My biggest takeaways…
- Learning is a lifelong journey and listen to your intuition
- I have a moral obligation to share this newfound knowledge if I adhere to my personal mission
- Voxx HPT = WOW (Works on Wellness) and not specific conditions.
- It may take longer for some to feel the effects due to biophysical/electrical individuality.
- I am not alone as a practitioner with the fascination with this technology (2 of the latest are Dr Joseph Mercola and Dr Zach Bush).
- Voxx is one part of the equation. It opens the highway but you still have to build the new cell. Holistic nutrition is still a key part. But what a powerful combination.
Network marketing this neurotech has reached 2 million in 2 years with a 1% return rate. No wonder Voxx has chosen this avenue to reach more people faster to fulfill its mission of reaching 1 billion people reach their wellness goals.
- I am relatively shorter than I thought LOL. The Duke University basketball team staying at our hotel is above average in height, even dwarfing Devon. I later met this player’s taller teammate - 7”1 - the tallest person I have ever met! Imagine how high he could jump with Voxx on...
Back to Elvis…
When Elvis received his first Voxx neurotech from an inspired friend named Stan Esecson during a Stars on Ice tour in Halifax, he apparently called Stan back immediately, both ecstatic and curious about its “crazy” effect on him. He wanted to know why, after merely putting on a pair of socks, he could, for the first time in his 45 year life touch the ceiling and then the floor with his palms during his hotel warm-up routine. Stan told us that ever since, Elvis “never leaves home without them”. I am with you on that Elvis, even though you did not come to the Voxx conference ) ;
Here’s what you need to do next…
- Experience your quick free Lateral Postural Stability Assessment, also known as getting “Voxxed” by anyone you meet in the Voxx realm, including myself. It is a simple way to feel the increased functionality with VoxxHPT.
- Visit my brand new Shop Voxx page designed by my creative web designer to learn more about how it can help you and figure out the easiest and best way to get this tech on your body to increase your neurofunction. Or visit the website of someone who first introduced you to Voxx – honour them for taking their time to optimize your wellness.
- Then wear it as much as you can to reap the maximum benefits. When you understand what is happening at the cellular and neurological levels when your brainstem is finally in homeostasis (as is continually being proven by all the neuromapping with Voxx), everyone stands to benefit by wearing this tech, all the time.
The science shown at this conference was beyond my expectations…
I cannot even to begin to put it all in a blog article (and this one is long!) but merely state that the studies ongoing are exciting in their preliminary findings. The practitioner breakout session was a highlight in my alternative healing career. I was in a room sharing ideas of future medicine with some brilliant intuitive minds. The two chiropractors (Dr. Mark deBrincat – himself recovered from paralysis and Dr. Mark Werking, his mentor) who led it are innovative and world-class, and shared hope with their case studies of working with a spinal cord injury population who are recovering to an unthinkable degree before Voxx. I cannot tell you how inspiring that was. What Voxx does to the brainstem affects all the systems of the body and works on wellness, especially, if it is worn 24/7. I am still following up on the contacts I made at this conference including: somebody special I met fresh out of brain/breast cancer treatment who touched many of us this weekend with her passion to help others, an ex-NHL player (Boston), an Olympian/World Champion rower, and so many inspiring leaders in sharing Voxx.
Flash back to reality. It is now late at night a few days later and I am back at home as I put the final touches on this blog. I can’t seem to get anything else done until it is finished. I need to get some sleep though. Voxx high, please switch to low at least for my sleep. How else can I happily keep building that newer, better version of myself? And yes, I’ll be sleeping “Voxxed”.
Do something worth remembering …
I had some fun following the Elvis theme and looked up some Elvis Presley quotes for this article and found this one: “Do something worth remembering”. Elvis, I think this one will be….
I’d love to hear from you!
Have you heard of Voxx yet? Or have a personal testimonial or friend with one? Leave a comment below and let me know.

When are you back sat am market in CPlace again!
Just realized your question here -my apologies! I was there yesterday (8 Sep) and will be back 22 & 29 Sep. 6 Oct is TBD.
I can feel the excitement and enthusiasm emanating from your words. Wow you had a big weekend there! That’s truly amazing. What an inspiration to have all these brilliant minds coming together with the goal to heal! After reading your blog, I decided it’s time to commit to wearing my socks if not all day and night, at least while I sleep each night. Eventually during the day when the winter slippers come out. Thank you for sharing that. I loved it!
Julie – huge thanks for sharing your initial impressions of this blog. I poured a few hours in to this blog as I am so hopeful it will help the quality of lives of many and it might be one more way to share it beyond Voxxing some of the clientele at the Farmers Market as You and Benoit were initially introduced to the technology. And now you are bringing it to family in France – What Else is Possible? And congratulations on wearing the tech 24/7 – your neurology is thanking you and every system in your body that touches it!!
Excellent Article
Bring back all the excitement.
