A 2024 Highlight!
My amazing podcast partner Andeea and I were honoured to be invited on the Healthier Tech podcast a couple of months ago. It followed our interview with one of the their hosts, R Blank (CEO of Shield Your Body) on our Quantum Healthy podcast. The Healthier Tech podcast episode released today. I almost fell off my chair when it started as I did not expect the intro they chose. To listen, click on the picture below or use this direct link to the episode. Note there is no You Tube for this to watch.
Additional links can be found anywhere you get your podcasts like Spotify, Apple Podcast, Stitcher, Overcast and more. I challenge you all to have a listen. I have been a fan of this podcast for a few years and it has influenced my EMF workshops and knowledge.
R Blank as a Mentor
Not only am I in awe of R as a successful CEO and podcaster, but I look up to him personally with his mission to carry on his brilliant father’s work. Dr. Martin Blank was an internationally renowned researcher in the field of EMF health effects. He truly understood the effects this form of radiation has on our DNA and he never stopped trying to inform the masses. Together they wrote Overpowered, my summer read this year.
See below for the Show Notes for the Healthier Tech podcast episode…
I am a proud Affiliate for Shield Your Body
This is R Blank’s company. SYB’s mission (inspired by the life’s work of the founder’s father, Dr. Martin Blank) is to make it easier for people like you to live healthier lives, in balance with modern technology using real science. They sell everything from bags & pouches, bedroom shielding, grounding products, apparel and meters. My personal favourites: their NCB dirty electricity plug for grounding, their cellphone bags/pouches, their neck gaiter to protect your thyroid and versatile affordable baby blanket as I bought them all to help in healing my broken tibia this summer.

Healthier Tech Show Notes
“Joining us today are two experts in the field of holistic health and recovery.
Andeea Rae is a Licensed Addiction Counselor and Quantum Health Coach, dedicated to helping people realign their lives by connecting with nature’s rhythms. Laura Kissmann is a Quantum Nutritionist and fellow Quantum Health Coach, using the power of nutrition and biology to promote wellness.
Together, they host the Quantum Healthy Podcast with a mission to “Demystify Quantum Biology for Health and Recovery” aiming to heal both people and the planet.
Today, they share with us the importance of natural light for mitochondrial health and overall wellness, the negative effects of non-native EMFs and blue light on circadian rhythms, sleep, and overall health, and they give some free, practical tips you can start today to begin improving your quantum health.”
In this Healthier Tech episode, you will hear:
- Quantum biology is the intersection of quantum physics and biology. It is an emerging academic field that produces compelling evidence that quantum effects are taking place in human bodies.
- Do the simple things that get the biggest results. They will improve your life in every aspect.
- We need to balance the blue light we are using every day with natural, healthy light outside every single day.
- We are batteries made of water, charged by sunlight.
- Your light environment is key to your circadian rhythm.
- Why you should open your windows or go outside to get sunlight and how a closed window is like blue light.
- Most quantum things are free – start there. Even 30 seconds of direct sunlight during the day can help your body reorient itself in time.
- Post-acute withdrawal syndrome (PAWS) has the same symptoms as blue light toxicity (BLT).

Sending you lots of healthy natural EMFs…Laura
